Department Standing Personnel Committee (elected)

Membership & Structure:      

Six faculty members: two full, two associate and two assistant professors, elected at large. Chaired by the Department Head. Committee meets monthly.

Recommend personnel policies & procedures
Tenure, Promotion and Re-appointment
Merit and Performance Salary Adjustment
Review of sessionals and TAs
Requests for Leaves
Mentoring
Faculty workload allocations
